2 Maple Meadows poached eggs on a bed of spicy pulled pork,
ranchero sauce, with house-made hollandaise. Served on a fresh popover.
Ham, Swiss & tomato, with house-made apple chutney, VT maple
Dijon spread, served between our battered Challah bread &
griddled to perfection.
Our own flatbread dough topped with creamy parmesan sauce,
sautéed mushrooms, spinach, VT maple sausage & two sunnyside up eggs.

Two Maple Meadow Farm® poached eggs, a generous portion of sweet
roasted ham and classic house made, Hollandaise sauce.
Served on a fresh popover.
Made with grilled tomato and fresh sautéed spinach.

black beans, and our own Ancho Ranchero sauce. We serve them on
warm, Vermont-made,
